Welcome to BB Wellness by Body Balance; our new recovery and wellness space created to complement everything you already do at Body Balance. Located right next door, we'll offer infrared and traditional saunas, hot and cold plunges, and restorative treatments designed to help you recover, recharge, and feel your best—because true wellness is about finding balance both in and beyond the studio.

Contrast therapy is a refined wellness experience designed to restore, rebalance, and elevate the body through intentional cycles of heat and cold.
